How can I trust data from instruments that can't be recreated by the general population such as the LHC, satellites, space probes, etc to be true? Any data they give could never be replicated to verify if it's real or not unless you're working there as an executive who knows what's going on.

Are we just supposed to put our faith in data that could never be tested?
