I'm an MD and lately I've seen numbers of 70-80% rate of failure to replicate.
The way I see it at this point is that every study is designed to involve putting real world data into a computer model and getting enlightenement out of it.
But the computer models are absolute trash overfitted to designed to say what the author wanted.
It stopped being science a long time ago, now it's all prestige and career advacement.
