I'm a geologist for a civil/wastewater engineering company and from my careful observations engineers spend their mornings staring at AutoCAD, eat lunch, and then spend the afternoon talking about golf or their kid's little league baseball games until seven pm so they don't have to go home to their families. They also wear button down shirts on the weekends and eat a lot of dry sandwiches.
