Some of the quantum realm should indicate this.
This is a path mostly for the individual and individual bloodlines to discover for themselves, as the individual body has to discover its relationship with different nutrition and nutritional compositions.
For instance, RH+ and RH- blood have, generally, different concentrations of copper and iron in the body. This will alter their dietary needs, the effects of these things on their bodies, and their resultant behaviors.
It's really something that has to be explored by the self.
I talk with a few guys in India who have mostly dissociated from culture who periodically email me, and they will discuss how they fast for periods of time, and then they will eat, say, an herb, and simply pay mind to the effects it is having on their body.
The thing is, when you start to learn about placebo, you have to wonder, do we project thus create any of the health properties? Can we completely define what a food does to us once we have more agency? Can we define it completely, or only somewhat?
Tough to say at the end of the day.
You can study what's going on in a food with nutrition, but you would have to study every body to know the relationship.
Not every body will result in the same behavior with the same foods either.
It goes on and on. Infinity really expresses itself in the nutrition realm.
What I do is I start to "center my lens" on the sort of behavior I wish to bring forward, or some aspect of self I wish to develop.
Then my intuition will begin to guide me towards certain foods.
But I also have a lot of freedom and don't have a ton of cultural strings that clutter and distract this "centering".
Then I have periods where I am not objective, and I will just eat anything. My body then has a reservoir of knowledge of the effects of different foods for my intuition to later pick up
