Imagine I want to build a modern PC (like a laptop) using THE LEAST POSSIBLE NUMBER of different devices and production phases; what would those devices be?
For example, a single 3D printer can theoretically make the entire case, and also the various circuit boards (looks like some experimental models can even print electronic components like resistors, inductors, capacitors, etc.) but, as far as I know, not the CPU. What other parts of a PC cannot be made by a 3D printer, and what other devices do they require?
