I already notice how dogmatized this issue is which strangely occurs quite frequently in biology. "Ignore the data if it doesn't fit our model". This is an actual pain in the ass if your PhD supervisor thinks like that.
>different membrane and cell well.I'm not going to assert that claim considering the multitude of different cell walls you find in prokaryotes.
>entirely different DNA structureThere's no qualitative difference in the DNA of prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Even the assumption that prokaryotic dna is circular and eukaryotic dna is linear are problematic because they can't be consistently observed. Additionally, they are huge simplifications. Linear dna does occur frequently in prokaryotes. Things like gene splicing were also thought to occur only in eukaryotes until they were observed in prokaryotes.
>sizeSmallest eukaryote smaller than the biggest prokaryote. Actually, the biggest prokaryote is bigger than the biggest single-nucleoid eukaryote.
>endoplasmatic systemObserved in a few prokaryotes
>different metabolism and biochemistrywhich differs from bacteria to bacteria etc. No, actually on average they're very similar.
>multiple other thingsI know the literatur. There aren't that many other things.
I don't really expect anything in return. Calling out (biology) students for their naive and simplistic understanding of their own field will only merit you insults. That's why I didn't bother signing up for any courses where I could teach or help them.
