so yesterday my friend with type 1 had a total freakout, almost like he was possessed by a demon. It turns out he had a huge bout of anxiety that caused it, but I'm sure it could have been some hard drugs by the way he was acting. I've never seen ANYONE scream out and curl up , was this just a giant panic/anxiety attack? his blood sugar was really low but we fixed that and my friend who was a nurse took his vitals he seemed to stabilize again. I've never heard of this happening with diabetics.
