I got on the catalog, saw four consecutive identical pepe reaction images in the first row and thought "that's funny", then decided it would be funny if there were more. Opened up paint, made slightly varying crops to not trigger the duplicate image filter, and fired off some threads, as others did the same thing. It was a neat moment with a bunch of strangers on the same weird wavelength, totally uncoordinated.
The real op is whoever keeps making the same threads with the same pictures, year after year, on topics that have been discussed to death.
