The list you guys have given, do you thinks it’s too hard for a 9th grader ? Is it supposed to be made from beginner to expert or is the list only for mathematics enthusiasts ?

Most of the reading list is for people who have done everything up to calculus, at which point people can study the different fields of math in any order.
To get to that point, use Khan Academy or OpenStax.

For a person wanting to get into math I'd recommend precalculus in a nutshell, then discrete mathematics and its applications. Then an entry book on calculus. Then whatever you're interested in.
