Please help,

My doctor doesnt want to prescribe any new meds as he is very conservative with prescribing. You metaphorically need to have all your bones broken before hed even consider prescribing paracetamol. And I cant change doctors for conplicated beaurocratic reasons.

Im dealing with severe chronic fatigue for about 3 months now.

I sleep 20h a day. When I wake up I feel ok for the first 3 min but then the fatigue hits me again. I cant ressist sleeping or lying down as the tiredness is so strong I just succumb to it.

No irregularities were found in my very comprehensive blood tests. I do have an almost plethora of psychiatric diagnosises but nearly all of them are chronic since childhood so it would not explain the fatigue imo.

The fatigue started when I came out of the first manic episode I had about 3 months ago during which I barely slept a few hours in a week.

I understand that my body needed rest but its been months now and I find it starting to be overkill.

What do the scianons think this may be? And what should I do or what do you recommend. Im considering buying modafinil but scared Ill fuck myself up.

Have a cool unrelated vid as thank you
