It also works for information, you can't live live like that, because you won't start anything you'll seen productive, because nothing will enjoys your monoamines, because they're blocked.
If you cannot enjoy, you stop doing, you won't be doing anything productive that you'll enjoy because of being productive, and you'll start being racional, but your racional mind won't work guess why? Because rational's mind performance and being mindfully present is dependen't on monoamines.
