i had a Deviated Septum Surgery + nasal bone correction(aesthetic), my nose is kinda straightened but there is some kind extra bone i had, it's small but i can feel it and the flesh around kinda swallown because of it (check pic), i wonder : this is ok/expected? or the surgeons just fucked up
