I took the LSAT today. I don't think I did that well. I studied hard for three months but I'll probably have to take it again. However, I have to wait 3 weeks until my score is available. For those of you who have taken an important standardized test, what did you do during the wait time? I am stuck in my apartment because I was recently diagnosed with COVID. I have a job and I am in grad school. Once I get caught up I won't have shit to do and I'm not allowed to exercise for another week. How do I not go crazy?

What are you in grad school for? Why do you want to study law?

I just got out of undergrad math last year and I'm taking the LSAT on the 11th.

Did you know you might be able to use your GRE at many law schools? /if your LSAT isn't that high, you can submit a good GRE to possibly compensate, along with a good GPA

Also remember LSAT has a huge curve

There's not much use in thinking about it anymore - the bubblesheet is in the scoring robot's hands now and you've done your best.
If it turns out that you completely fucked it up in a bad way, you can always just take it again. Not ideal but not terrible.
Going to a shit law school is also an option, particularly if they're putting some money on the table. Michael Cohen went to Cooley, yet he got to work side-by-side with the last great American President.

Because of COVID, it is the LSAT Flex. That means everyone gets one freebie- if you want to invalidate your score you can. Law schools will never see it or know you took it. I would just be out like $200 or whatever it cost to sign up for the test. Also, it isn't like other standardized tests. Law schools apparently don't care very much since a solid portion of people take it multiple times now.
I have definitely considered going to a shit law school. There's a new one that just opened up near me in Denton, TX. It is like $4,000 per semester. It is also not ideal, but I could do that for a year, keep up my 4.0 from grad school, then look into transfer options.
