Hydrogen peroxide might work.

Doctors will fix this with a squirt bottle that shoots carbamide peroxide into your ear at high pressure. It's pretty painful but it works.

I implore you, if you have impacted earwax don't worry about the pressure and pussy out halfway though. I shoot hot water in there so hard that I feel it rushing behind my eyeball. It always works if you are persistent.

I've never had any problems I don't know if you could physically create enough pressure with those squeeze pumps to damage your ear. Maybe if you like deliberately shoved it into the wax to make a seal and then went as hard as you could. Only a moron would do that.
