I had my appendix removed just two months ago and I got the all clear to begin smoking again.

I've been drinking a lot of coffee and smoking a couple of ciggys which made that whole area hurt somewhat. Do any of you medfags know what's up? I've been thinking its probably because of the vasoconstriction from the nicotine and just that but I'm genuinely curious.
