Additionally, they are withholding raises from professors unless they show up to diversity training and are preventing them from being on hiring committees. As for new hires, they have created a database for "marginalized groups," so that they can screech any time you don't hire one of them; their excuse was "so people can't say that they didn't know any." Their hypocrisy hasn't set in either, the professor (a woman) said without realization, that their training seminars went better when the population was homogenous, in terms of students vs faculty.
