What substances are best against severe chronic fatigue (sleep 20h a day)? My psychiatrist ie uber conservative with medication. Youd metaphorically have to have all your bones broken before hed even consider prescribing aspirin. Hes a great guy but I cant live like this.

Am considering buying modafinil and maybe aripiprazol .

Any substance recommendation would be great. Ty
