I do t understand what causes this thing but after having read my messages on social media and my replies to all the people I met (especially the long texts) I came to the conclusion that I repeat my points over and over again,sometimes even in the same text. How the fuck do I stop this? I heard there are some antipsychotics that could help. Is it true?
