i have a bulge in armpit and i went to radiologist and he did medical ultrasound examination and said it is becaue of gynecomastia and probably caused by psychotropics i take- venlefaxine + amisulpiride, he also detected gynecomastia in my tits (im a male)
is it possible that i have gay voice as another symptom caused by side effect of these medicines? i can record my voice if you want, i hate my voice. im 99% heterosexual and mentally very masculine, im very sad, i have stpd (not ptsd) and i was told to take neuroleptic every day, maybe i can switch to another neuroleptic that has no side effect of gynecomastia, as to venlefaxine i wanted to quit but recently i have been feeling unwell because im an incel kissless virgin 26yo and i live in a dorm where boys interact with girls and they party and i sit alone with 4chan and my gynecomastia and mental diseases
