I don't think that fits the description of uncanny valley. It looks creepy for sure, but not like a distorted satire of a human - more like a skeleton brought to life

I guarantee if they put skin over that it would look much better. It looks upsetting to some people because it has holes in the eyebrows and plastic cheeks that make the teeth look small.

It looks uncanny because there are just some movements that are exclusive to muscle/tendon motion that can't be easily recreated with actuators. This robot moves too fluidly.
