Educating women is a human right.we should give them access to education and by that, it can help society to become modern and progressive.

Assuming average IQ of man and woman is the same but female SD is smaller, the number of highly intelligent woman is smaller as well (same for number of very dumb woman btw). So it makes sense that they will be underrepresented in areas where only top of the top excel.

Almost all people winning today were going to school in 60-70's. Education wasn't 50/50 until just two generations ago. People expecting a giant shift so fast are idiots.

Yes men are generally more interested in science but if you look at modern kids you have way more girls caring about it than 30 years ago.
