Humans

Ive been recently trying to create a simulation of the whole world......

Anyways, Ive been thinking about how one could place an entire human being (and all aspects of its life) into a ontological hierarchal category tree. I dont really think the biopsychosocial model does the job. I also dont think that Cartesian Dualism does the job. With both theories i seem to have run into categorization problems once complexity increases (Wittgenstein).

How can i solve this, if at all? Any links, books to recommend?

Some ideas so far:
1. Biopsychosocial Model
Human = Biological + Psycological + Social
Biological = Diff organs
Diff organs = ( this can be broken down to atom or quantum level)
Psycological = Thoughts + Feelings + Choices(actions)
However, psychology is just biology and consciousness is a meme. So there is no need for psychology to be placed in its own separate category, outside from biology. This creates a illusion of grandiose and importance of psychology compared to biology.
Social = How can we categorize Social if we cant even figure out Human.

2. Cartesian Dualism
Mind =
Body =

No.

3. Atomic World Model
Main though is that as everything can be broken down to atom, combination of atom = everything. Modeling of atom will reveal all truth.
Possible, but not enough compression algs or HDD to do.

4. The Human Equation.

Human = (Physical biological atomic state + (which mathematical operation should you do?) sound wave in the air + photons in the air + electrostatic forces in the air + electricity in the body + temperature ) as that compares to all the previous times (in nano seconds) that this was experienced. You must account for human development in this equation.
