We need to stop encouraging people to study STEM. We'll reach law market tier levels of saturation if it's not mitigated soon. Trade school is a better option at this point.

I've sat through a few depositions and court cases. It's doesn't seem fun. There is very little complex thought going into any of it, and it's just childish mindgames. The person asking questions is always non-specific, and the defendant's lawyer objects. The defendant then gives a coy answer and / or pretends to not understand the question. Then rinse and repeat. Then, when all is said and done, nothing has moved forward. If the defendant is innocent, then they'll be let go, and if they are guilty, then depending on how much money they're willing to donate, they'll either be let go, or get convicted.
How is it anything other than tedious?
