>>12308373increasing cognitive abilities through diet and routines is easy. you have to stick to it if you want results .
1) everything they tell you about dietary needs is a lie. salt isnt bad for you. most of the world has no sensitivity to salt and sodium is 1 part of a 2 part neurotransmitter. protein is used by the brain actively. you can never have to much protein. most of the world suffers from protein deficiencies . even much of america does
2) you kind of need to work out your brain a little sometimes. there are tons of methods. most know about the 15 minute sessions with 2 subjects and that reviewing material reinforces the neural network. however maximum capacity per sitting can be increased by watching material binge style and quizing yourself honestly then review the material again.reduce the number of episodes to match your maximum and increase by 1 after a week. you have to use new material. with books its worse because its by page of material. over time without doing this every day you should notice a maximum capacity increase
3) videogames increase frame rate of perception. television did as well but videogames expose you to higher than 30fps. its been noted that younger generations can perceive the world at 45 fps and in some cases higher . the newest mad max movie caused ptsd with the frame rate. im willing to bet it had nothing to do with the war on terror vets and it was all old boomers not sure if they were having a stroke. 45 is way smoother than 30. why you no like 45 geezer? is your mind trying to fill in blanks with internal screen tearing due to a lack of v sync? maybe
4) linked to the previous your lines of resolution for your vision is way lower than you think. the brain fills in tons of gaps. all over the place and you dont see as well as you think you do. technically a 180p screen has more pixles than your brain processes. however some people have higher pixle count. your perception is linked to higher thought in your own mind
