no it's not, it's clear election rigging and this will probably go to court. They stopped counting for 6 hours and then 200k votes were counted for biden and 0 for trump. That's not even trying to hide vote fraud at that point.
Now it comes down to whether trump has the political capital and ability to contest obvious voter fraud, or if the democrats will get away with stealing an election and deligitimize democratic institutions in the US forever.
