What is happening? The other day I was say in the tub and I noticed my heartbeat was really thundering in my chest, and neck, and I could feel each individual beat. Since then I've been feeling is at different times and last night it even kept me awake for over an hour.

My question is, has my heart always been like this and I only just noticed, or has something new been happening recently that I picked up on? Before my body felt like a solid mass but now I just constantly feel my heart ticking away and it's driving me crazy.
