Not him but i get easily anxious when i have difficulties while doing homework. Got almost claustophobic when i had troubles with my PC. DOn't know why
Also i try to find something to change my mind (netflix and youbute mainly)

I was considering doing EMDR. The guy told me they used it for PTSD and ex soldiers. Dont wanna do meds. I'm already taking Ritalin and dont like it

I was undiagnosed depressed for a while, was permanently tired and could not concentrate or even stay awake for normal 1 hour meetings.
Diagnosed + pills = now I can stay awake for 6 lectures in a row and don't even need an afternoon nap.

For me, it lowered my performance and i missed out on nurture big time. However after getting treatment and my love together, I feel that the damage is mostly reversed and I even learned one thing or too. Get that shit treated and don't worry about your brain too much, they are quite formable
