bupropion worked for depression but made ADHD 100% worse. My attention span was shorter and I constantly had 3+ songs or other random stuff playing in my head all at once. Absolutely messed up my semester

Scientifically speacking... why that thing (3 songs in the head and shorter attention span) happen?
I believed that higher dopamine = higher focus / less distractions
