Besides that, NASA relies on SpaceX and ULA as launch providers.
Nobody else in the US is capable of delivering cargo or personall to the ISS.
And as of now, SpaceX has a near monopoly on crew launches when excluding the russians.
ULA could supply the ISS, but Atlas and Delta are rather expensive vehicles, so that's not NASAs first choice for such missions.
So unless Biden has an extreme brainfart again, SpaceX will stay the main cargo/crew launcher for NASA wich is insanely lucrative for both sides.
