Life under MWI is basically a long lasting quantum suicide experiment. I mean, every time you get out of bed under MWI, there will always be some universes where you fall and die. Every time you come near the refrigerator, there will be some universes where the refrigerator falls on top of you and kills you. Obviously these universes will be rare, but they have to happen under MWI.
Similarly, every time you get a cancer with a 99% chance of killing you under MWI, there has to be a universe where you survive the cancer.
Quantum immortality naturally follows from MWI, although for some reason MWI proponents have a hard time admitting that. Probably because quantum immortality makes MWI seem really absurd.
