Security (related to the first two items).
Charm.
Leadership.
Intelligence
A confident dominating disposition.
Is a little bit dangerous.
Not creepy.
You could apply the exact same line of thinking to women as well. Men want women who have:
Beauty.
Big boobas.
A curvaceous ass.
Long legs.
Long hair.
Youth.
A sweet submissive disposition.
Nobody else's children.
Not insane.
Not a financial or legal risk.
The real issue is whether anybody is willing to invest the time and resources to achieve these traits and therefore attract a mate. The good news is, you likely have very little competition because most people are mediocre nothings in life and in love. You can do it. Now stop whining and hit the gym.
