The baby milkpowder situation for example in china is so fucked up that chinese are buying up that stuff from all over the world instead.
All of this is down to the fact that chinese society has haggling&scamming&cheating as being normal.
Chinese people dont feel guilt as long as they aren't caught, and a lot of people in the west don't seem to understand this fundamental difference with western cultures.
