I'm probably number than you but the gist of what I could figure out is that the quantum entanglement of particles within the black hole reaches a critical mass, at which point the entangled particles form a sort of bubble-like shell around the internals of the black hole, that cripple its ability to consume and causes it to slowly evaporate and disintegrate. This entanglement shell is supposedly where the consumed information from a black hole ends up.

Space and time are emergent properties of matter. If there is matter then there is time and space, not the other way around. Can't you talk about temperatures, energy, pressures, directions or movement without matter? Of course not, because matter is everything.
