When 50% of your primary school class is in the "90th percentile", and the socially stunted "3SL" Romanian immigrant scores a 4.0 on the English section, the whole thing reeks of bullshit.
From personal experience, it just seems like these "standardized tests" could be a lot harder whilst still maintaining high passage rates.
