I don't get it

If that's so, then what kind of matter would come out from a top bottom top quark and vice versa?

Also, what the hell is a pion? Yeah, I know they are a quark and anti quark pair. But what matter come out of them or do they just decay almost instanteously?

Please help. I am really confused right now
