The amount of misinformation, especially around "hot topics", has become ridiculous.
Finding sources has become more about AVOIDING the tech giant's biases... VPNs, different search engines, uncommon terms.

e.g. I know LESS now about COVID-19 than when I started reading about it back in January.

How do you guys find reliable info in the tech age?

I think we program reality so in our confusion we are free to reshape it
The more energy and awareness we have, or the more our expectations? Can agitate our growth, with respect to balance, the more "fundamental" things we can change.

I don't think the things around us are "set", but are malleable and are on a contract that gives us a certain breadth of experience.
If we can understand that, understand how to wield the behavior of things, and create a new balance that gives us a broader experience that further agitates growth, then imo there's no limit on what we can change in reality.

Maybe it's a blessing you can't find a source.
Maybe we ought to experiment for ourselves.
Science has become nu God and people manipulate it.
Beyond that, it's just too slow trying to fit everything into it's model. If you are genuinely attuned to the nature of reality, you can understand in ways that don't adhere to the model.
It's like trying to put things like enlightenment into words, despite the stage of enlightenment being, generally, a completely wordless thing. When you try to extrapolate it and contort it into our preestablished language, so much gets lost in the process because the language itself can't compete.

This pretty much sums up part of my point.
You need to engage with reality and experiment for yourself.
The more truth you know based off your own findings, the more genuine and real your experience, and the less you outsource your understanding of reality to other people, who have their own bias.

Life needs to be understood through the perceiver.
You can basically look at "science" and whatnot as a mostly singular or very similar identity that views and also defines reality through a very fixed lens.
Every human have their own lens, their own language, so perceive, experiment, and define through that.

a VPN is completely unnecessary when looking for information, it looks to me that you are getting radicalized and suddenly the world doesn't make sense anymore. Like most of these people, you will probably find helpful information providers soon.

Searching for news about Spain while in the UK gives me British articles, but if I VPN to Spain I get Spanish-made articles.

We already know what's true, the trick is finding sources of information that agree with that. There's lots of good information out there that's off the beaten path. Once you get used to it you can filter out the liberal propaganda easily.

You have to define a standard to define mental illness
These things can often have their own merits despite gets normative expectations.
The individual needs to decide if they want to change, or the herd needs to deem them threatening, but that's relative to the accepted main identity
