Then there's the organ damage, which seems to only be affecting symptomatic cases. Without autoimmune treatment, you are certain to get some level of liver, kidney, heart, and brain damage with a symptomatic case.
We have no fucking idea how bad the long term effects are. Humans, for all their bluster, are still pathetically uninformed about medical science. My bet is that in 5-10 years people who had covid are going to be getting cancer and shit like they were asbestos plant workers.
