What are it’s applications besides remote viewing someone’s thoughts and neural patterns?

Could the claimed brainwave entrainment be worth potentially fucking up our minds? Do we know enough about the risks it could entail?

Could the paper “psychotronic universe” hold weight in the claims that consciousness is a quantifiable variable in the world of energy? Or is it glorified mumbo-jumbo, and a derivative of psychic wannabes?

Could it possibly utilize the cell phone towers operating at continuously higher wavelengths to implant propaganda on a much more subtle platform?

Could it become the way human beings integrate ourselves with our technology?

What’s to prevent their utilization in a “silent war” between super powers of the world? Or simply between groups of people that rival each other?

What’s the medium of view, typically? How clear are the images that are derived from that persons visual cortex?
