Anyone can design anything. Designers are useless. Builders are what you should be paying attention to. Can you build it? NO. Not because design but because economics/materials/untested/safety culture/etc.

Did you mean 3 m/s^2?
At 16 minutes (equal 960 seconds) you would reach a speed on 2.88 km/s, well above the speed of sound. You could launch Blackbirds into space with this.
