In the beginning I used to smoke a pack of rolling tobacco within two weeks. Then I started smoking weed (mixed with tobacco) on a daily basis, but I didn’t smoke cigarettes.
Then I lost my driving license and stopped smoking weed, started heavy cigarette smoking (pack of rolling tobacco within 3-4 days, usually 25 cigs per day)
About seven years ago I started vaping. I spent so much money on all the equipment. I did the coils and liquids myself and it became a hobby I enjoyed.
This somehow made me smoke 24/7. I didn’t smell like an ashtray anymore so I vaped everywhere (even in the office at work). I went down with the nicotine gradually and I went to the gym regularly. My stamina was getting better with vaping, but it was still not good.
Nowadays, I don’t smoke or vape anymore and I can assure you that both is bad for your health.
Vaping does a different, more subtle harm on your lungs but it is still a very strong effect compared to non-smokers.
If you don’t smoke, do not start vaping. The flavors and high nicotine concentration will get you hooked instantly. It’s also a lot of fun to make tricks with the vape.
