If i get the same result for multiple online IQ tests (mensa no old & new, dk, fi; queendom; FSIQ) is this very likely to be my true IQ?

Do you experience problems from IQ tests in your daily life? Because if no, there's no point of you scoring high on the test. You should get life when you solve problems like that.

i did an IQ test with pattern recognition and i got 135
then i did another one with different types of questions and i got 112. this one was greatly biased against me because 1/3 of the questions were english anagrams and i'm not an english speaker

I did an IQ test and got a 139. I think most people in STEM are between 120-140.
They're probably not that accurate but somewhat decent in verifying if STEM is right for you
