I don't understand this problem, I graphed it in geogebra and the region described extends forever. What am I not understanding here?

A volume can be infinite nothing is strange about that.. There are also unbounded regions with finite volumes. So shut up and calculate the integrals.

Do they possibly implicitly mean that it is bounded below by z=0? Otherwise, it is infinite.
