yes, this is good. the ML can be called through an API which can attach to a chrome extension, of which will highlight paragraphs written by pajeet's so white posters/lurkers can ignore them (or have them erased from history). this is great.

job applying bot, give it a few parameters and it will send a resume that applies to 200+ companies in a given industry with a desired salary and benefits. Idea being you give it a throwaway email and you can check that email’s inbox in like a week.

im guessing that companies like seek/etc thrive on having people on their platforms for time, so automating all that wouldn't be in their interest.

For example, if 80% or more of people who interact with User X (commenting, liking, retweeting, etcetera) give a "thumbs down" to User Y (because User Y said something stupid, off-topic, generally disagreeable), User Y is automatically jettisoned from User X's "bubble...
User X has the ability to change that 80% setting.. higher %age means the conversation has more and varied viewpoints.. lower %age and the bubble shrinks.

Make it even more fun and exiting by allowing the user to be chucked out of his own bubble.. free market rules!

This is not enforced on github. A way to implement on github is to make a template which everybody participating has to fill out and put in the initial commit. Then anyone can go back and check. If the hypothesis needs development, then write should write it on too if the readme and refer to the last commit of the hypothesis when they are done.

I imagine there's quite a lot of researchers that put their stuff up on github. I suppose predominantly in private repositories. As for publically announcing plans and hypotheses before execution, I don't think this is common at all. For this to work on github the movement must superimpose itself on the technology. Having a separate website where it's mandatory will probably help the movement.
