>>12285641You don't, you just get used to noticing your heart rate and your breathing and the fact that there are so many involuntary things that keep you alive, you google the symptoms over and over again, pace around, tachycardia, shock, etc., and eventually it becomes more of a huge bore and annoyance like how you have to just sit there and take a shit and wipe your ass everyday. Panic attacks are a feedback loop of perception and focus.
