The beauty of mathematics

In these times of confinement I've had time to reflect on myself and what it means to find things interesting.
Lockdown in my country has robbed me of one of the great joys in my life, which was to meet up with my peers and share different ideas on mathematical abstractions as table talk, being alone in my home reading various definitions and lemmas seems useless without my friends. I miss walking to take the subway while being lost in thought, minding my own business.

I find it pointless to do math without my friends, without no one to share this stuff casually. Lemmas, theorems, axioms and corolarries mean nothing to me without people to share them with over a couple of ciggys while I'm running late for class.
