Which species appeared in the last two hundred years? As far as I know none. We discover new species but it already existed in nature for a long time before the discovery...

Natural selection happens VERY slowly in the wild. Selective breeding of pets is a good example that happens over a much shorter time span. the pug demonstrates this well. pic related is an old painting of what became the modern pug. it clearly shares some similar features, but has yet to become the pug we know today.

There are countless species of bacteria that evolved in the last 200 years. MRSA for an example.

If you want something larger you are going to have to increase the timeframe appropriately. For large mammals try 200,000 years instead and you start to get some examples, humans being one example, we are actually one of the most "recent" species to appear.

If you are willing to increase your timeframe to around 5-10 thousand years you can see large scale intermediate changes in certain species such as a wolf to a poodle or a buffalo species to a cow or pretty much any domesticated species since we have sped up their evolution.

If you want change without human interference there have been noticable changes in certain species of birds in the last thousand years, in fact this observation was what led charles darwin to evolution in the first place.
