Now everytime you get anxious you have to tell yourself:"Wow that feeling of anxiety means I'm really focused on something I want to attain" or whatever works for you. Repeat it as a mantra over and over again.
Don't push it away, instead try to feel it as a positive energy that helps you to accomplish your task.
You won't notice changes immediately but if you do this everytime it gets better and better.
