within you already exists a bit of a preestablished "economy" of what you will take to and how you learn.
you can condition yourself into anything, but that which you are already inclined towards will give you the fastest course of action.
it doesn't mean its optimal or the best for the person you want to be
some people brute force it with discipline
personally i have no use for such things. i have a profound desire to learn any and all i can, and that keeps momentum while learning one subject, as i want to absorb it and get to the rest
having motive really helps. a way to apply it or help others or get benefit
what i tend to do is meditate what i want and why i want it, or simply surround a meditative fantasy with the thing i wish to learn and sort of like....create an internal temple. whereby i am sort of hypnotically agitating my interest in learning
i also find personally that more experiential and experimental based learning is not only better for solidifying information, but it just keeps my interest.
the dry, rigid, verbal convolution is basically an autistic skill you have to learn
education, imo, needs to start moving away from this
