>>12277108It's really tough to say and honestly, lol, some of this shit starts to get into /x/ territory.
Learn your blood type and you will learn more about the blood types certain needs for metal.
For instance rh+ and rh- have different amounts of copper and iron. Curious?
Your body needs different metals, but personally, I try to get all my metals from growing my own veg or sourcing it from farmers. I trust the bioavailable metals in plants, esp if I fertilize them with my own waste and they can "learn my needs", which they do.
I'm just starting to learn about metals, and honestly, I think we are all under a bit of acute metal poisoning. I'm not too sure what to say about it other than that. So I've been researching foods and methods to cleanse unnecessary metals, or to flush and rotate them.
I've been looking into getting a gold pot, pan, and utensils, at least 24k plated, but they're expensive and I need to learn more.
I'd say you're fine with cast iron or copper. I would recommend those, I don't think the body receives any benefit from stainless, but I'm not sure.
I would get one of each and rotate them too.
But if you season a cast iron, just make sure you aren't burning when you cook. Super important.
Another anon made a post about seasoning cast iron the other day and if the oil was basically a polymer once seasoned. Interesting but I don't know enough.
