you can google things, look at stack overflow, use online compilers, etc. and you could screenshare or call someone else and copy their answers easily

plus my school actually prohibited professors from using webcams, screensharing, proctoring software, etc. because of privacy concerns

whatever i'm probably going to cave in regardless. just want to get a job and move out. at least i won't be paying transportation costs i guess

I'm not sure why you think you wouldn't be able to stand out if you actually did your job as a student. Your degree is literally only to get you to the next step and as a checkbox in the future. Nobody really cares where you graduated from after your first job. How much are you expecting your degree to be devalued in the 3 months it'll take you to get a job lined up?

if your professors ask you good questions they modified from good books, and they ask for cold hard proof, as they should in upper div CS, then no, this is not a problem.

My complexity theory and perturbation theory classes online were more than fine online. CS online is fine. It's people like you who want a code degree who think online will change anything about it.

It's harder to cheat on these online exams than at physical exams.

This unfortunately is not possible with background process tracking, eye tracking webcams and a prof who can watch your screen / typing etc live. You'd need a second device, but the eye tracking will detect you consistently looking somewhere else and this likely will trigger one of the examiners to ask you a question about why you're doing that through the application.

The biggest concerns with these I've heard where technical concerns. Sometimes stuff bugs out and you need to verify things, eye tracking not working whatever. This can easily cost you 10-15 mins of exam time.
